WHO: Current 6th & 7th graders
WHEN: July 1-6, 2012 (Sunday through Friday)
WHERE: Austin, TX
PRICE: $325 / $75 Non-refundable deposit (included in price) due by 5/15; final payment due by 6/1. Pricing includes registration, programming, travel, housing, ticket to Inner SPace Caverns, most food & a T-shirt.

WHAT IS WEEK OF HOPE?
Week of Hope is a heart felt mission trip where our youth focus on building friendship and meaningful connections as they serve the needs of people through local ministries and non-profit organizations. During this week, we will engage in projects such as serving meals to the homeless, tutoring at a community center, visiting children in a children’s home, or reading and playing games with the elderly.

Pre-Camp Meetings

• Forms & The Basics Meeting: May 23, 7:00-8:30p in the YC (all camp families asked to attend!)
• Camp Night @ Jam: June 13, 6:30-8:30p in Studio 6 (all campers and families asked to attend for last minute info!)

Summer Camp Donation List

• Twin-size air mattress, cot, or foam pad (Need: one/camper; approx. 35)
• 5–gallon water jug (Need: 5 jugs, marked with your name)
• Family-size cooler on wheels (Need: 5 coolers, marked with your name)
• Non-perishable canned or boxed food (Need: as much as possible! Food is collected to donate to the local food bank in Austin)

*Please bring all donations by June 15, 2012. Donations can be brought to the mailroom in the back of the Sanctuary labeled “MS Summer Camp”, or they can be brought to Student Ministry events and given to Kim or Serena.
