Senior Adults 55+

God has a plan and purpose for people of all ages as long as they live on this earth. Our Senior Adult Ministries are designed to challenge Senior Adults to remain in faith in Jesus as the Savior and to commit their lives in serving the Lord.

In addition to all of the various ministry opportunities offered by the congregation, there are several specific ministries especially designed for senior adults:

• A monthly fellowship meal that meets on the first Thursday of each month (excluding June and July) from 11:30 - 1:00pm, Building 9
• IMPACT! Groups with Senior Adults
• Grand-Parenting Seminars
• T.R.I.P. (Touring Round Interesting Places) - Special trips are scheduled in the Metroplex as well as overnight trips in Texas and other places
• Regular visits to home-bound and nursing home members and friends
• Prime Time Lutheran Retreat and Camp Lone Star in La Grange, Texas
• Bible Study Groups on Sunday mornings and weekdays
